After completing rotations at La Clinica de la Raza, the Sacramento Society for the Blind, the David Grant Medical Center on Travis Air Force Base, and the San Francisco VA Hospital, Dr. Alex Lukens received his doctorate in Optometry from UC, Berkeley in 2005. Dr. Lukens graduated with honors and received the VSP Award for Excellence in Primary Eyecare.
He is licensed to practice optometry in California, and is a member of the American Optometric Association and the California Optometric Association.
